Conducted by Haryana State Board of Technical Education Panchkula. The seats left unfiled are filled on the basis of merit while adhering to the eligibility criteria or as per guidelines issued by PCI/State Govt./HSBTE.

Candidates/Applicants should possess minimum second class (50%) in 12th standard (H.S.S.C.) with English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics. Admission will be based on merit. Some seats are reserved as per the reservation policy of government.
